Hallo Henrik,
on the 16. and 17. may i will drive on Knutstop Raceway with mey 888 Racing. Every year i have 2 - 3trackdays in Sweden. What du you think about a meeting on the track.

The closest track from my place is Sturup raceway which is a real Mickey Mouse track. We are going to Sturup for half days more or less every Sunday afternoon during the summer except in July. It's a very relaxed thing, but I would personally not travel far to do it. If you plan to pass by anyway it could definitely be a good idea. Travel distance from my place to Sturup is app. 30 minutes.
Second closest is Knutstorp which is a small but very fun track with some small hills. At Knutstorp we have some double days during the summer. Travel distance is app. 50 minutes from my house.
It is also possible to go to Anderstorp which is the only real GP track in Sweden. Foggy had or still has? the lap record set with an 888 in 1993. Anderstorp is not as technical as Sturup or Knutstorp but (a lot) faster. Driving to Anderstorp is almost 3 hours from my house. For double days it could be a good idea to stay the night in Anderstorp.
You can borrow either my 888 which currently looks like shit, but is in technical perfect order or my Aprilia/KTM supermono which would be totally useless at Anderstorp but is a lot of fun at Knutstorp and Sturup. The Kwak superbike I have not crashed myself yet, so you cannot have it until I have done that. If you are not too odd sized leathers and the rest of the gear is available.
If you wish to bring your family they are also more than welcome to stay in my house.
If you want to stay for a few days before/after the trackdays you can borrow a 600 Pantha to explore the surroundings, or if it is too small for your family you could borrow a car.
For planning the trackday calendar is normally ready approximately in February.
Weather in Sweden has been awful both this and last summer, statistically we should have prefect weather for the years to come!

The idea is to exchange trackdays. If someone want's to come over to my place and borrow one of my bikes to go for one or two trackdays in Sweden this would entitle me to do the same elsewhere, it does not have to be to the same guy who visited me, it could be anywhere.
Some simple rules must apply:
Don't let anyone borrow anything that you mentally cannot survive if it gets crashed
Don't borrow anything you cannot afford to crash
Don't be a guest more than you have guests at your place
Guest pays his/hers own trackday fee
My thought is that this could be something that gives us the opportunity to test other tracks than the ones we can transport our own bikes to. As a bonus we will get to know a lot of people while doing it.
If you are for it, please describe what you can offer and then wait for other forum members to contact you to accept your invitation.
