I see a tricolore is up for sale in germany,on ebay.Is the price right as I own an as new tricolore and have no idea of its value?

actually the bike is on UK ebay even if it's over here- so I didn't see it until I got a tip!!
price looks good- recently tricolores have been ''advertised'' for 16000 euros plus - condition looks good, originally the bike has come from the UK. If you're interested in one, it's surely worth a look. Unfortunately I have no connection to this bike, or seller.

As a follow up.
I often look at madeinitalymotorcycles website, just to see nice bikes.
they have had a 'new' 851 tricky strada for sale for 22000 GBP for a while now- and it has been marked as sold this week.
could that answer your value question?
then again it took ages to sell, from a dealer with a high profile, and we don't know the 'actual' selling price.
nice bikes though, I'm really getting stuck on mine- started it up in the living room today- showing off to a friend 😄
I'll have to try that again with the kit pipes on!
