You've done a great job there π it's good to see a tidy strada here.
How did you get the exhaust end cans looking "factory fresh", or did you find new ones ? The brushed aluminium finish shows the smallest marks, and removing them without causing more damage π― needs great care. It appears Nattyboy has a similar dilemma with his babies.
Did you clean up the original plastic rear seat undertray/ numkber plate moulding, or again fit a new one ? They're like rocking horse shit to find now; it took me ages to find an untouched example to replace the badly hacked specimen on my first '94 strada.
I'm coming to the end of a long to-do list with mine; suspension set-up is now my focus, to get maximum grins per mile. Back on the learning curve when the temperatures return to double positive figures and the salt disappears off the tarmac in God's country (that's Wales).
Good luck on your return with her to the road,
Phil
I used a med grit flapper on a grinder on the cans, and painted them with aluminium heat paint. they turned out better than I thought they would. Thats the original undertray. Took a brush to it, and soaked it down with tire foam.
