Thanks Jimmy. However there appear to be corrupted pages in the middle (pages 64 to 70 incl.). I tried to upload another copy which I know is OK but didn't seem able to. Perhaps I have to have permission or something. If someone can tell me how to get past the portal I'll do it. Its the same size file 3.65MB and I think they both came from the same place, i.e. quality of scan the same.
