So my 851's off to BCM to have a 905cc engine w/ SPS cams and ported heads done. I'm going to focus on lightening the rest of the bike for now...
I've contacted eti-fuelcel about their carbon fiber tanks, and they are willing to do a small run of 888 style tanks. If all else fails I'll have them do one tank for me, but thought some others may have interest.
$1500 if one other person wants one, $1300 if there are a total of 10 or so.
Also, a friend of mine who is an accomplished welder is going to replicate an 888 SPO subframe for me in alloy, and I wanted to see if any were interested in one of those as well. Not sure on pricing yet, I honestly just want a frame in alloy that works and am not as concerned about looking pretty as some others may be...
