Here's the weights for the standard clutch basket and drum -vs- VeeTwo pieces. Just for reference as VeeTwo is defunct. I bought these a year or two ago.
Oem basket: 2# 9.10oz or 1165g
Oem drum: 2# 2.90oz or 989g total: 2154g
V2 basket: 14.10oz or 400g
V2 drum: 1#1.40oz or 493g total: 893g
That's a savings of 1261g almost 3# of reciprocating mass which is a double bonus(triple) as any reduction in weight is good for virtual hp, plus less recip mass will give the motor an easier time...quicker revs too.

ps. Oh yeah, the V2 drum doesn't use a cush drive.

I put on my old lady the original clutch of my 998, that I changed with an stm evoluzione: weight reduction at a cheap price 😉

I replaced the whole clutch with one from a 749, straight swop and it has an alloy basket and alloy friction plates. About half the weight. Got off ebay almost new, the owner had replaced it with a slipper clutch.
