Yes. That's off my DB2. I found it was dimensionally the same as the DB3/4 alloy swingarm. The shocks will swap and bolt right up.
As you can see from the next pics, the SS swingarm has the shock mount down the center of the bike, and it's a lot farther away than the DB2 lower shock mount.
I had another idea, where you could use the swingarm and suspension from a S4R Monster. The DB4 frame has some perfect points where you could bolt in a fabricated "sub unit" that would attach the rocker arm from the S4R.
