Finally got the bike done. I rode it about 70 miles this morning. Wow! What a nice machine! I like it much more than my 1994 851. It turns in real nice and doesn't run wide like the 851. Awesome...I'm going to bring this to the track with me next week for a few laps in anger!!😎

I tend to agree with you as my Kit is an aggressive machine as it's incredibly loud with the open air box & race exhaust.
The other day I went out to my favourite sleepy country town for a shake down, as the crow fly's it about 15K it was a still morning and not a breath of wind at all.
On my return to the house a comment was made to me that I could be heard all of the way out to where I turned around and came back 😁

I know some other makes of bikes can be faster, lighter etc... but geez, when you get a good one, life's good.
