does anyones tri kit have a fuel distribution block on the rh frame rail below the tank? 1 hose in each end, 4 hoses out the top to the injectors?

I thought that the SP-1 and the Tri kits all had fuel distribution blocks because every early four injector throttle body with black injectors I have seen had single hose inlets rather then the T hose inlet/outlet found on the later red and green injectors.
