I've imported a Ducati the other way around. The MOT form states the date of first registration and the date the bike was registered in the UK. I think you need both dates. In the Netherlands the same data are used to register the bike. If you have the Dutch license number (or the registration mark, the one on the license plate), you can look up these dates in the online register of the Dutch office who keeps track of all Dutch registered vehicles. I got my bike registered for road use alright, but I needed to change the headlight, since the beam was directing the wrong way!
