Yes my thoughts also...I may have to go a diiferent route, perhaps have some made out of alternative material. I had some early jap race bikes with PM wheels that didn't use cush drives at all, I know this does more damage to the gearbox but it seemed to be ok for race use. I'm considering to do the same on this as this wheel will be used on a ex 944 racebike...now I have another project!
