I don't know what colors were used specifically on tricolore but all 851 had Salchi colors and there is no reason that almost for white and red they differ:
Salchi anniversary red 539 5013
Salchi dakar white 539 0009

Unfortunally Salchi sold the metal paint line of business to basf so they don't know anything about original ducati codes
I tried even to contact basf but they don't use old salchi codes
Salchi dakar white 539 0009 is the same white of all old ducati's, even for frames and wheels, as SS "faro quadro" and paso: after a long search it seems to have a corrispondence with PPG 195/A (and RAL 9016 but I'm not sure)
The same for Salchi anniversary red 539 5013 that I found a corrispondence with newer PPG code on an old SS owners manual: PPG 487 111 (internal code 473 101)
I tried to ask in ducati and they told me to ask to:

for marvic gold don't lose patience: they spin out and are very long to answer but, at the end, they respond and are very helpful
