There is an Aussie Kit on Ducatisti you may have seen it already, I know Steve from Moto Rapido has a lovely one but doubt it's for sale, still you never know!

I think that Steve at moto rapido would sell his; he offered it to me a year ago when I went in to ask him if he could find me an 888 (which I have now.. not through Steve but through this site). I dont think he was joking when he offered it; I seem to recall around £7-8K - would that be right? I said I was after a road bike so the conversation was quite short as his has no lights / indicators etc.

Steve Hillary of Moto rapido used to pop up on here under the user name of Outacontrola.
He phoned me a 3 or 4 years back and got my wife on the phone, saying something like...
"It's Steve about the 851 Ducati"...
Nessie answered "Oh hello Mr Wynne, we haven't heard from you for a while", she thought that there was a slight chill in the air after saying that. 😁

On another note 7-8K for a Tricolore Kit sounds awfully cheap to me.

The only one I have come across recently is this Strada for sale Downunder. It may be worth the trip if you get that and the "Kit" bike mentioned above? 😏

As I believe mate, simple.

I mentioned this to Jack the other day, I have a few Dukes now and when I personally step of my KIT after a short blast I am still at aw of the bikes shear aggressive raw engineering and enormous appeal.

That bike is so bloody load with the open air box and race pipes it will scare the crap out of most skippy's and wombats down under mate.

That bike has what we call SEX appeal, its like a fine woman mate, some have it and most do not.

As I said its just my personal opinion & I am sure some guys might beg to differ.

I have personally made offers to the owner lower than the advertised amount, but he still owns his bike & I do not, simple.

I think the link Griff clinked on was the post further up that sends you to the Strada that has been advertised out campbelltown for a while.
The Kit versions are worth a bit more!!!
