Phil911 In case you've got such a chip, referenced "056 or 057", please PM me !!! I bought a brand new 916 SP.3 , end of 1996. Only a few have been imported in France in 96 !!! From 97 to 2004, I rode it 3674 kms only !!!! I sold it end of 2004 in mint condition. I thought it was time to replace the 888 in my mind ... ??? Stupid idea !!! Of course, I sold the bike + spare parts + the spare chips as well. Today, I'm looking for that (rare) chip ... , in order to make some tests !!! Phil911 Yes John, that's (was) my bike !!! Sold to a friend of mine (gun dealer) located at SEDAN as well !!! 916 SP.3 #443 with a carbon protection alongside the Ohlins bottle !!! I can ride it whenever I want ... but have never accepted ... What a strange feeling to see my bike at SEDAN downtown in a pic sent from the opposite side of the ocean !!!! :-))) Phil911
