Two questions though: what kind of exhausts did you fit and do the bar-end mirrors give a decent rearview?

The exhausts are Fast by Ferracci high mounts. The bar-end mirrors are a bit small but they do a decent job. I still give a good look over my shoulders when switching lanes though.
