That's a Spondon frame, isn't it? Belgian Ducati dealer and tuner NFracing sold quite a couple of these kits over here.

That looks more like a Harris frame. It strongly resembles the frames they made for the Yamaha GP team.

I think that is a Golinelli Frame, a little bit better of Spondon and Harris 😁

Not a Spondon frame, all of theirs were made using extruded beams.
This one has stamped/formed sheet sections that form the sides of the frame. Looks similar to an early 500GP Yamaha Deltabox frame.
