DataLogging?

I really would like to develop a delta map for my modified 888 SPO, having already enrichened the fuel map quite a bit to accommodate for spaghetti system, cut airbox w foam filter, which substantially leaned out the mix, as one would imagine. I can use GuzziDiag, DucatiDiag to log everything but AFR, of course, since the bike has no lambda sensors. How have any of you accomplished this? I have a buddy that can install bungs on my header for the wideband O2 sensors. What is the best route from here?

p.s. The P8 actually has input for wideband O2 (lambda) sensors as the Ford Cosworth, Ferrari, Fiat Punto, Lancia implement 02 sensors! I'd love to somehow retrofit one on the 888 if only just for logging but this is beyond my reverse engineering abilities, I'm afraid! I'd imagine locating the code for lambda from a fiat chip and injecting it into the 888 chip would be possible. Any EEs (Electrical Engineers) want to experiment in this with me? I have bin/hex/eeprom burning, editing capabilities. 😄

Hi Freqrider, I did read a lot about this subject years ago, so it's not on the top of my minder at the moment, but what I remember is that people logged A/F ratio using the LC-2 wide band controller from Innovate Motorsport. Jacco

Thanks Jacco. Good info there! There's also some good info on the Cosworth sites about the P8. I'm researching some apps to see if they could be useful to us Duacti guys.
