@ducatidad is unable to reset his password and get into the forum and the system is unable to search for names or people in the members list and this is fundamentally not working as a forum should. Can we get the forum company to fix it properly please, Jimmy? Thanks, Chris

Jimmy Things seem a bit better, but still people say they cannot logon. Some like
ducati dad have tried to reset their password as he can't remember it, as he has had issues for so long and it won't send a reminder to reset.

Well after several weeks of it working fine on all my devices, Mac, PC, Linux, IOS device, I was not able to log on with my iPhone, Linux machines. I tried Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Opera even. NO DICE! I am able to log on with Firefox now on my laptop BUT not with EDGE? Something is bonked up again for sure. I did cookie, cache resets to no avail. This started happening again maybe 2-3 weeks ago, if that helps you pinpoint changes. Bear in mind and I mentioned this before, if you update vBulletin software you have to update PHP on the server side as well to the appropriate version. This is what vBulletin documents stated, upon my limited research of the issue. Kind of a drag because I'm on the go a lot these days and not often near a computer. Anyway, good luck troubleshooting.

Jimmy has been working hard to get VBullletin to fix things. Mine is now working. I read a review that stated that the founders of VBulletin sold out and it's obvious that the "new" people don't have a clue!!😡

Currently logged on in MacOS Safari. For me, issue seems to be on mobile browsers. Albeit, I'm on an older iPhone. (iP7) It did, however work fine a few weeks ago? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯​

UPDATE!!! I'm able to log on via pc, mobile, Safari, Firefox BUT I EDIT, QUOTE buttons are not working. Layout, Login, new posts function as expected. Hope this helps! Thanks Jimmy!!! 😎
Update!!! EDIT button working on Firefox Win 11. Not on Edge... Wish they would standardize HTML, etc... Already!

When I attempt to edit a post/comment on iOS, the text box does not show up and If I click anywhere else I get this error. (Can’t attach pic/screenshots either) “You have a pending edit unsaved. Please save or cancel… etc…

I guarantee the issues with the site are caused by an outdated PHP on the server side. Well documented in vBulletin troubleshooting docs. Check what version PHP your host is using and make sure you’re using the appropriate vBulletin version for that PHP. I can’t post a screenshot but I got a ‘function utf8-encode is deprecated in mail.PHP on like 1’ notice. This tells me PHP is outdated.
