Im sure this has been covered loads of times but i have looked and looked but i can not find anything saying about the modifications needed to the cases of the 999 engine.
im looking at my 999 engine thinking of machining the cases out to accept bearings.
or modify the swing arm and fit bearings in the swing arm instead.
any help links pictures would be appreciated.

Just get a set of cases from a Monster S4RS. That was the deep sump Testa motor with the correct swingarm pivot for the 851 suspension.

As Speedmade said, S4RS cases. I doubt that you will find an off the shelf exhaust. I had to make a spaghetti system for mine.there are pics of the build, search for posts by "marvin". The ECU is another issue. Several others on this Forum have done similar things.
