Hi all,
I am having troubles connecting the fuel tank to the throttle body. Just don't know what route the fuel lines should take. Both the feed and return line keep getting pinched. Biggest problem seems to be the feed line.
My feed line connects to the most rear ward injector (right hand side), though it's not clear what route this line shuld take to connect to the tank nipple without getting pinched. Does the line slide straight from the tank nipple to the rearside of the (open) airbox and if so how does this then connect to the injector?
Anybody have some pictures or other ways to get this a bit more clear for me?
TIA,
Jacco

Don't seem to be able to upload pics, perhaps this will work (probably not)

Have you find any help

No, no help for this routing problem. But it turned out the problems I had weren't related to a pinched fuel line. Still searching for the actual cause though. The bike is having a current draw, may be at low revs there's insufficient electral power to drive the fuel pomp or ingition? So first need to find what's causing the battery drain.
Currently other priorities, will have to wait a few weeks.

I really wouldn't waste your time responding to Bulu904 - this is a scammer interferring on a load of random posts and building up a history on this site, which will eventually catch someone out. If nothing else the grasp of English gives it away, especially as it is a London, UK member...

Anyway ....
Pump drawing amps , not working , dead pump !
Prob blocked or fuel gone solid inside if left for some time ....
Hope this helps !

Don't think it's the pump. Replaced the pump, filter and checked the fuel pressure. With the tank raised she idled perfect and picked up a little sluggish on throttle. I used my eprom emulator (Ostrich2.0) and after some tweeking it on the fly it the throttle repsonse was very crisp. Then after lowering the tank and disconnecting the laptop (still using the Ostrich though) she starts really difficult, throttle response terrible. So I suspected a pinched fuel line.
Turned out that it was caused by disconnecting the laptop from the eprom emulator. So the emulator lost the external feed (electrical power) from the laptop, ECU didn't work well with the emulator. Still I seem to remember I did do this before on a Guzzi and that worked perfectly fine, hence why I was thinking that maybe the system drain might cause this.
After burning a new eprom with the bin data form the emulator, bike starts well, nice throttle pick up. But when riding at low revs she's running not very well. Doesn't feel like a bad mapping, feels like a bigger problem (ECU not working well, ignition, fuelpressure?) perhaps related to the bike's system drain. Low rev means little electrical power generated, combined with the system draw?
Anyway, before putting her on a dyno I want to solve this electrical draw issue.
