Hi
when switching the ignition on nothing happens...just dead. After 10 to 20 second with the key in the ON position then the bike is alive, fuel pumps kicks is. if turn the key off and on again, same story have to wait 10 to 20 seconds to get power. Battery is fully charged, have also tried to bridge over with a spare car battery, same result. All the fuse are ok.
Any hint as to start checking first ?

get a test light and start following the power down the loom from the ignition switch. main relay would be most suspicious, but i would follow the loom instead of just jumping to conclusions.

Yea , gotta be the ign relay or a bad earth / connection !

Ignition relay, but like Brad said follow power line, but spare relay would also be useful if you know what I mean 😉
