Hi all, as its winter thought I'd strip clean measure , starting with the clutch. I've found a few answers to questions on forums and this sites history already and all the measurements are within spec.
The pack fitted on the bike has sintered discs and the 2 inner discs are not what I was expecting . The innermost is concave (book says it should be a few discs in )and only half the surface area as the rest of them ! The one inside that is a thicker disc with friction material on the outer face only! Is this normal or specific to whatever brand clutch it is? Just eliminating issues for the ,getting neutral , problem. Cheers Mark.
