Hi gang!
I'm reading conflicting information on these cans. Some say it's a more restricted German market exhaust for the 851. Some say it's from the 900SS/888, which makes more sense. It looks to be a larger diameter can from photo's. Some say it mounts right up, some say you need a particular hanger bracket for it to fit on an 851. I also can't verify if it will fit my header pipe.
Can anyone shed some light on this? And better yet, does anyone have an 851 with them mounted? 😉 Would love to see a picture if so!!

here is my poor information about the cans:
I'm sure you know there are two versions of A/B 11 cans around, low and high.
They are indeed more restricted in noise reduction and therefore deliver significant poorer performance.
That is by the inner tube beeing smaller in diameter,
A/B 04 is about 30mm don't know the A/B 11 exactly but a lot smaller
You are right the cans are 110mm outer diameter compared to 100mm of the A/B 04 cans.
The mounting holes should be the same asfaik for 900, 851 and 888.
All have 45mm connection to the mufflers.
Please feel free to correct this everyone, I might not have all the details right.
