Would this exhaust collector still be available? I am interested, but I would first like to inquire as to fitment. Currently, I own a 1993 Ducati 888 SPO. It has the stock 45mm collector. I have seen various posts on the internet describing exhaust collectors for 851/888 Ducatis where the size differs from 45mm from the head to the 45mm input point of the silencer, 45mm to 50mm, and finally the 50mm to 50mm. Would there be an issue of fitting this exhaust collector to an SPO model versus an SP2, SP3, SP4? I recently acquired a pair of 50mm silencers and needed to find an exhaust collector that would satisfy the fitment. I was contemplating between the Farne and the Spaghetti designs. After reading some posts on various message boards, it seems as though the Farne would be logical choice versus the Spaghetti because it is closer to original design and I do not intend to race this motorcycle. Moreover, the authors of these posts voiced that the Spaghetti design would best for the 851/888 that have undergone engine work and tuning. I hope to have my 888 undergo an engine rebuild, but nothing more.
