Which discs

Hi
Anyone recognize these front discs/rotors?

Nobody seen these before?
They must be either very rare and expensive, or cheap Chinese junk? I can't place these at all. AP maybe???

They don't look like any AP discs that I've seen before.

it's quite an unattractive centre, but if the outer is a good material they might work well.
