A05/B05 Silencer?

Gang, what the heck is it? The only reference I can find is that it's a Swiss market can. Is it similar to a A04/B04 can? What's the difference?

Think I answered my own question...😝

Seems the 05 series was for markets with higher emission/noise standards than the 04, so it went to states like California, and likely many countries in Europe.

A05/B05 is left and right side numbers..👍

I don't know for certain but I think you're correct here, the Swiss were very stringent on emissions but also extremely hot on noise.
I've heard of riders being turned away at the border because the officials thought their bikes were too LOUD!

FWIW the cans on my SP3 are stamped (ZDM) AO8/BO8 No idea what the 8 stands for - high level?
