If it's still stiff after that remove the slave cylinder, take it apart and clean it up inside and refit the piston/seals using Red rubber lube if still no joy?*
Strip out the clutch and give everything inc' the long pushrod a good clean and fresh lube.
I think you'll find the steel driven plates are well rusted by now, you can either clean them all up with Emery cloth or replace them.
*If you find the slave F'cked, then I've a billet aftermarket one with a lighter pull in pefect working order that I'd sell for £45 inc' the postage.
