Yes I have one I my bike 😁 , but I machined holes and slots in it. Originals are not easy to find because people took them off to put flash lighter ones with holes in for better cooling and to see cool looking pressure plates or C/F ones. Good luck with the search but, they must be out there somewhere.

Is the circle raised up, or is it just polished and masked when painting?

If the latter, it looks very similar to the early 90s Monster and Elefant clutch covers apart from paint.

You may have better luck finding one of those?
