Just finished re build on a cbr 250 MC19 engine for a MC22 race bike. What a cool little unit. They have these tiny little valves and the worlds smallest collets. I have the original MC 22 engine which cracked a bore, in time i'll Try and figure out how to extract more power out of it. Apparently according to forums it's not an easy process as they were good out of the box. All in all an interesting weeks fun. If ever you get a chance to pull one apart it's well worth the education. Very clever chaps these Japanese.

Amazing little bikes! I have one (MC19) in the garage. It belongs to my wife but she has now given up riding and I decided to keep it for when I get to the age when I can not manage anything bigger!

The 22s are great fun. So slow but so fun to flog and very rewarding to ride hard.
One of the best learner bikes around I reckon.
