Single rear seat unit wanted/recommendations

All,

I have a spare rear frame and about to modify it to take a single rear seat unit, but the one I have is in carbon and has had several holes badly placed in it and too much of the carbon cut out for the rear light. Any one recommend one to buy, or have one available?

Steve - Do you have any photos of it fitted, especially around the rear light?

Chris, all my bodywork is carbon from QB. I don't have a rear shot but it is a nice snug fit around the rear light..

Thanks for this. What I have seen is the curved side pieces shouldn't go back on themselves at the top, but just go up and straight across. The second hand unit I have is missing almost 1 inch of material on the top part and wanted to be sure it looks like an original tail section from QB.

There is an almost identical to the original part with the correct hole for the seat pad, but with up to a 3 month wait, quite a cost and coming from Japan, I think it would be a gamble (see carbon image).
