I know this has been discussed before, Pro and cons etc. in case someone wants to play with this setup here resent discovery :
Found this lower yoke from a monster 600.. offset is 25mm, leg bore is 54, hence matching the strada and SP5 Showa 54mm legs .
In case you have 56 mm legs , plenty of meat for a 56mm bore job.
You can see the actual part number on the foto, but the revealing detail is the milling cut of the otherwise excessive material around the stem axel.
Update ; This yoke has bearing w 55mm OD where 888 has 52.. Not sure this is org Monster 600?? OD of stem axel is the same , hence just need to remove the monster bearing ( done with electrical heater) Ducati or someone has made a poor quality bushing to make up for the 22/25 ID difference on the bearings .. (all together no big deal and unit now in place)
