Same as the white plastic rings on the 916 ? (But in black)

Not sure on that STIG the 916R in the shed has brackets cast on the Öhlins. Which is confirmed by the Manual.

If I recall the Corse bands were milled to shape and made of harder material then the cast 916 White bands.

On one of my bikes, I used the 916 version while I was looking for an original set- and they worked fine.

Righto thanks mate. At prez only one has failed so will get some and give one a covering of Matt black, rough enough for the bush ' as they say in Oz

Check the monster ones in black , not sure they are 100% same geo. As the white ones from 916 strada ..note left and right versions ..

Planning to use these legs for a biza bike I’m building, the black rings will do the job as far as I can see...

Providing they are the same dimensions they will be OK, I'm not a purist . If you have a part number that would be useful Stig.
