851 S3 front fender swap

Hy Gents,
Verry proud of my 851 but i am often told that the original front fender is a bit ugly (and i have to say i do agree).
Looking for ideas i found many pictures of "reshaped" ones but as many of the community here i prefer that any modification on the bike be "reversible" and i did not want to sacrify my front fender.
I found this in Germany :

Of course it need to be adjusted and trimmed to fit properly, a new bracket had to be made as the original shape is curved.
I am happy with the result.

Sorry but I prefer the original look. Maybe if the new one was painted Red it would fit in with the whole look of the thing (?).

New one looks much better IMO, old school fork not hidden behind the boxy plastic fender from the 70’s ..

That org fender is the reason whey I don’t have any early versions of 851...

Hi,
I do agree the front fender will look better in red color.
Red paint, it is forecasted as soon as I get the original complete S3 bodywork. I ordered the 851 "monoposto" at Ricambi weiss.
I still need to find the original 851 rear buckle.
