Not much to show from today's 6x20 min. Pas' but the old nail hangs in there very well, and I took 3 seconds off the last track day here..I'm a big fan of the 996 engine in a 888 frame. Very light and nimble, breakers-stear-accelerates very effectively .. I love riding this bike on the track ..

Fuel pump circuit breaker - loose

While chasing a MV F4 the engine was dying on me this morning, no fuel pump humming noice, checking blu circuit breakers in the relay console in the rear, bingo ! Loose circuit breaker; Gafa tape and she is back in Business ;-)

It gets a fair bit of vibration in the rear end hey, I zip tie the relays and fuses in, had a relay wiggle out once. ECU plugs are also prone to coming loose as well, they give you a spurious shut down as the fault.

I'm now on the 3'rd BATTLAX V01 ref foto, and can highly recomend it.. it holds up very well, with a massive grip.. clears the std swinger and chain .. 8x20 minutes life

Yes, have ordered them high resolution foto..
it's taken at the legendary Caroueel at Anderstorp .. 180 degree banked curve, seem like not limits how fast you can go'e ( your balls are the limiting factor for sure) Highly addictive !

Just spend 2 days @ Oschersleben in Germany.. great track , highly recomendable... god fit to the 888's
No track record but 12x20min passes... with zero issues .. I believe I ended up in the better half, and for sure on the oldest bike ...
Working on my riding position as cornering is the only chance to ever tease the BMW boys with 200hk...

2 younger brothers on 996's out of 120 riders... and then a handful of 1198 etc..
