Seadweller Any reason to worry about the valves on an 851 with 1,300 miles? I've read where adjusting the valves was necessary after a belt change, but not sure if it's necessary on a bike with mileage this low. Thanks!
brad black we used to do them at first service back then. the collets will have settled a bit, probably some more to come.
Toni851 workshop manual says, "check valve clearance and timining belt tension after the first 620 miles and 1860 miles and after that every 1860 miles"
Toni851 since the 1860 miles or 3000 km stated in the workshop manual seem to be a pretty short interval, after how many km or miles do you guys usually check the valve clearance on your strada bikes?
