Closing rocker bore defect(?)

I'm dismantling my heads and found a mark on two of the rocker pivot shafts. This is in the area where the spring meets the rocker. Should I be concerned?

Digging further, I found the bore of one of the closing rocker appears to have a slightly undersized portion. This means there is less surface to bear on the shaft but as it's not on the outside edge, which might allow some rocking, I tend to think it's okay. Has anybody seen this before?
