Just fitting a new radiator to the 851/888 spgriffy. I forget what it’s off, late model V4 monster maybe. It’s got 2 fans (one’s going) and is way lighter than the straight original with 1 fan. Just first fit and building brackets and then off to the local auto shop to rummage through there hose collection. I love it when you snuffle around in boxes and get a surprise you left yourself years earlier. 😁
Also fitted a couple of new air filters DNA RZ-65-122. I plastic sleeves around the velocity stacks so the clamp on. Just had to Nick the top of the rear filter so it clears the tank heat shield. Front has about a mm clearance from the frame bar.
Note the discoloured heat shield, that’s from the regulator spontaneous ignition event. Toasty! 😁
