The fairing was removed from a 1991 Ducati 851 Superbike. It has some damage from a minor lay-down when the bike was dropped (at a standstill) a year or so after I bought it new in 1991. I replaced the fairing at that time with a new OEM fairing, and have kept this one as a wall decoration in my garage ever since.
The damage is mostly around the turn signal area, with a few scratches on the lower right as well (see pictures).
