Well,after a couple of months of work,I have at last done my Corse swingarm conversion for the SP5.

A BIG,BIG thanks to Mark T who has been VERY patient with my CONSTANT requests for dimensions,as I was being very picky.

Another big thanks to the Corsa owners,namely Scott 888,Phil,Neil and Mike who contributed with dimensions and pics.

A VERY concise run down:

I bought an early monster swingarm,machined the slots in the swingarm,welded on some hugger brackets,removed the extra web at the front,made the billet chain adjusters,corse brake carrier mount and washers,wheel spindle,recessed washers and nuts(of which I am very proud!),Fitted it all,removed it all when the sprocket touched the front of the swingarm,machined the front,as the SP is machined away for clearance and I hadn't realised!

Made some other Corse style Billet adjuster plates,then decided I prefer the round washers for now!

Polished it all,fitted it,realised I didn't like it shiny,removed it again,anodised it and refitted it!! DONE!!
