Hi Guy,

So what's the part in the center pic'?

Where did you find the carbon undertray?

What part are you showing in the 1st pic', is it the rev counter or the top yoke?

Hi Guy,

My guess is that the center pic is an oil filling cap located so that you will not need to remove the faring to fill up with some oil. I was thinking to make something like that but then I discovered that she does not take any noticeable amount between changes so I skipped the idea.

Going endurance?

Brgds

Default Shiny parts

Ta Steve,

I was not very clear in the post

The corse dash, cracked lens is mine not the top yoke. But still very happy
Same tacho as the supermono as well
The cnc thingie is a neat oil fill extension that hangs off the top fairing bracket, brilliant I thought
The carbon tray...well I dont actually want one like this but it was up for grabs and I was going to talk to Peter about it.

V2 clutch slave
Brembo radial clutch master
SP4 fairing brackets
SP4 radiator bracket
Rear light
And some other fine parts were in the parcel

Will it never end?

I made my own oil filler extension several years ago, I also made several for other 851/888 owners.
But it's just cable tied to the fairing bracket, just like the one on Doug Pollen's factory bike.

I've seen those carbon undertrays on the web, they weren't cheap.
I'd quite like one, but I'm waiting to see what Peter/sp2boy does with the one he's got from Griff.

As to the question 'Will it never end'?
Well I've been into my Ducati's for over 30 years now (and other bikes for a lot looonger) and I can't see any end in sight yet...
I'd bet that I've probably spent less on drugs, but I wouldn't stake my life on that bet!

More work!

Is it possible for us all to have a dance to whoever we believe is in control of the weather...just a little bit more warmth, then my almost frozen body and the materials can thaw enough for production.

At the moment I feel like the rusty tin man!

The prototype (fibre glass) is currently fitted to my bike - waiting for Peter to thaw out

Guy - what is the bike in the background of the pic of the undertray with radial brakes ?
