    Default 851 / 955 club racer

    Some pictures from rebuild my race bike and update engine from 888 to 955.

    engine is complet new build from nice parts

    916 crank balanced with carilo rods and omega pistons in Kaemna
    short corsa gearbox
    complet racing generator + light flywheel
    ractory ported heads with valves 36/31 , cams U1/A, Heads stamp U3
    adjustable cam pulley
    Light primar gear
    Engine case from Monster S4

    I muss also update injection and ECU and REV couner- 916 SP throttle body + carbon race velocity stacks, ECU P8 and Corsa REV counter

    Last change was Marchesini Mag wheels 3,5 and 6,0 x17 and front brake rotors with biger off-set

    Nest week bike go to dyno test. Im interesst for final power .....

    Jan,
    As I understand the U1 inlet cam is the 748SPS inlet cam.
    Why did you go for that cam? Why not the G?

    I muss repair my fault : engine is 955 and not 855 like I wrotte.

    I use U1 cams becouose engine heads is factory ported U3 head for velve size 36/31 and was from factory ported for U1/A (748 SPS) cams. If I will use G/G cams then maybe result with this heads will be worst like U1/A cams.

    best is use cams and heads together like was buld and not mix it. Heads D, A2, U, M, G, F ... are diferent valve size but also lenght and prifile intake and exhaust ports
