is this needed?

Hi all,
is this needed, Part 13 and 15 air box and breather tank. if it can be deleted what do you have to do to compensate for it or is it not a problem to discard.

13 is the air supply for the choke system, so it's unfiltered no matter what you do really.

15 is the still air box for the float bowl breather. deleting it can lead to inconsistent jetting in high cross winds, stuff like that.
