still awaiting confirmation from Ducati museum that this is an original sp4.
    Ducati uk confirm numbers match.
I've included some images of the frame and headstock as I want to ask members if it looks correct and untampered with as I understand damage is often obvious here as handlebars hit frame.

The factory will confirm it's an SP.
I've checked the plate number with vehicle registration and it comes as an SP imported to Holland in 1996.

And if the framenumber is ZDM888S*001635* then it's an original frame!
The only question that remains... is it straight?

Hopefully some real experts can judge from looking at the pictures.
You can also ask Remco from Aral Motor Service, he has also done some maintenance on the bike according to the service history.

    Good luck!

Damn it I want one of these. The SP3 at Bonhams ended up going for 22K with a 15% add-on + 25K. I'm all in at that price=) Not many in the US.

it's interesting to see how wide and far spread out these beautiful machines really are in this big world!

I have number 568 (With chassis no. higher than 0016xx) and 375 (with chassis no. less than 0012xx).

It would be really interesting to know just how many SP4,s there were........................
