Default How unoriginal is your bike?

I know a lot of you guys strive for originality in your bikes and cars but I clearly don't. I've always enjoyed tinkering, upgrading and modifying my projects.

I was thinking about my bike and it struck me just how little of the original 1989 851 Strada remains:

    frame
    swingarm
    rear axle
    chain adjusters
    rear suspension pivot and hoop
    engine mounting bolts
    swingarm pivot
    radiator
    fuel filler cap
    tail light

This got me thinking, who out there has the LEAST original bike?

    Just for fun
    Darren

Very original except for the 955kit, oh and the fuel filler cap.

I thought Jasper would be along to prove you can make a sows ear out of a silk purse.

I think the bottom fork yoke, wheels and fuel tank are still pretty original on my old nail* ???
Almost everything else has been modified, (or swapped for later parts) improved/lightened, both inside and outside the motor.

I'm off to the Island next weekend having just fitted K-Tech modified Showa forks, Maxton Ohlin's modified rear shock, lightening a few more parts and throwing an awful lot of Ti' fasteners at it.
Oh and one of Peter's carbon under trays.

    * '92 851/916cc "Bitsa", I've got some 5 spoke wheels, alloy spindles and a pair of Ohlins FG9050's to fit to it in the future.

"TRIGGER'S BROOM'S" got nothing on this bike but...
It still has the OEM 851 Frame and C/cases although they've been modified.

I reckon it trumps Jasper's bike as far as modifications/non originality goes.
